Cauliflower Rice




  • 1 Cauliflower
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • 2 tbsp Dried Rosemary leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Spices

1 whole head serves about 3-4 people


  1. Cut Cauliflower up into small florets
  2. With the use of a blitzer, pulse for 1-2 seconds until cauliflower is a rice like consistency.  Remove to bowl
  3. Repeat until desired amount
  4. In large shallow pan, heat butter and olive oil on medium heat.  Add cauliflower and mix through
  5. Add rosemary, mixed spices and salt and pepper
  6. Cook for roughly 3-4 minutes until cauliflower is done
  7. Serve the motherfucker with rad food
